A quick message that comes onto Monitor from the right at the bottom of screen.

It's a Black boxed message with printed black.

I've captured the message with a screen print but can't find out how to attach to this post, would like to attach as pdf as I use AOO

So why can't one of the experts advise on how to attach a PDF document?

Or can't it be done?

You can not upload a PDF. You should save your screen shot as one of the following:-  jpg,.JPG,.jpeg,.JPEG,.gif,.GIF,.png,.PNGand then follow the guide in this link

Are you using the Windows10 mail app for mail or webmail? I suspect you are using webmail but at some point configured the mail app but have subsequently changed your password on webmail but not on the app.

I'm using BTYahoo mail which I view/process through Thunderbird.

Yes, I have recently changed password on BTYahoo.

So how do I change password on the App?
