For a communication company, BT has much to learn on communications...

I have noticed an increase in questions on this forum due to the sudden introduction of the 'new' webmail based email system. You'd think that those now moved over would have had a nice introductory email welcoming them to the new format, and highlighting the various differences from the long standing old format.

Maybe even explaining some of the new settings, and how to to customise it to the users preference.

I'm assuming the 'marketing' folk don't attend any of the same meetings as the 'tech' folk 🤣

They probably go to different kindergartens so never see each other.

Don't be silly Kindergarten is too mature for them.

They are typical of those who have never used the systems they are responsible for, and implant systems they think people want rather than what the users expect or want.

 

Either that or they are developing some useless system that we have to test for them for nothing and then throw their teddies out of their pram when we aren't grateful for the cr"p they foist on us
