Forwarded email moves history and pictures to attachments

I apologize if this question has already been addressed.

Sometimes I forward emails and the entire history string, and any pictures, are sent as attachments.  Only the new text is in the body of the email.

Any idea what causes this and how I can stop it happening?

I'm running Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2209 Build 16.0.15629.20200) 64-bit, running on Windows 11 Home version 22H2).  With these add-ins:

Have you asked on the MS forum, it will be a function of Outlook rather than anything BT
