I forward a lot of emails including documents and until the last week or so had no issues. However when I forward now from the webmail on my PC, the original email is not included. Documents seem to be included but in a zipped file.....
Have found that if I reply and then change the sender it works but that is not how it should be. It works fine on my iphone both in the phone part of the mail and the BTMail app.
I use my PC for all my work emails so please could it be fixed as the bug has only recently happened.
Have just forwarded the email from BT alerting me to this post to another of my emails and there is no message. Happy to send to you but what is the email address?
