Team, this is a problem that has come up before but no solution has been posted online other than "the team seems to have fixed it" or "it fixed itself."
The message counter in the inbox folder is showing 1 unread email. There are none one the inbox. If I try to sort the Inbox to "read", "unread", etc, or anything but "date" I get "unexpected error has occurred".
Apart from being annoying this is stopping my Outlook inbox updating. Any ideas or is this something that has to be done from BT's side?
