I am having problems changing my email address on my BT Community account.(not this one). My email address was recently unblocked by a Moderator but I haven't received a verification email for days. I am supposed to get back to this Moderator and tell him if I have managed to change it but can't tell him because I can't send a message until my email address is confirmed, and I can't do this until I receive this email.
I had to open this account up specially to get the message across .
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are very busy at present so it can take up to 24 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.
