When you hit reply you should get a new screen with a box to type into. Above that box is a line of icons one of which is a camera (in about the middle) if you select that you should be able to inset your screenshot.

Yes, select edit from the 3 dots in the right hand corner and delete the content of your post. You can't actually delete the post, just the content.
