Help!!! Sent items from 06 September 2021 all missing

Hi all,

First time poster….I’ve just noticed all of my sent e-mails from before 06 September 2021 have all disappeared. I thought it might be because I was using a new iPhone, but I’ve checked sent items via the web app on my laptop and it’s the same. 

Can anyone help me? I’ve been using my btinternet account since 2004 so this is a massive issue for me.

Ps  I checked the BT advice pages . All of my settings on phone etc all comply (IMAP etc.). I’ve changed literally nothing. Weirdly, inbox is unaffected right back to 2004  so I don’t know why this would be the case if for example older mails were suddenly being auto-deleted by bt or similar.

Hi @Matt771 and welcome to our community.

I'm sorry you've lost your sent emails. Have you recently changed phones? Have any other changes been made to the account or mobile? Are you able to see them on webmail on another device?
