I have been trying to add my subsidiary email addresses to be accessed through my main login to MyBT and BT email. I have done two of them successfully, but I got in a muddle with the one I tried first, and I've managed to put it into a new MyBT account. I would like to delete that account, and get that email address into my main MyBT account.
Any suggestions on how to do this, please?
Also is there a way to return from Email to the BT.Com menu bar?
If sounds like you have set the acount as an "affiliated" email account, by doing that the email address is linked a MYBT BTID which is not the account holders, you can not unlink it and claim it back. All you can do is delete it. If you do delete it you can not then re-use the email address.
