I have just had exactly the same thing happen to me. My talk 21e mail account has disappeared and left me without all my contacts and obviously e mails. I have spent ages on the phone this morning with the help desk, been put on hold several times and then cut off without resolution of the problem. Disgusting service from BT. From what I can get her they are saying that the service can no longer be free and must be tied in to BT broadband or you must purchase a premium service. I have used talk21for about 20 years and I would like my service back BT.

Well, we do have broadband. Cheeses me off that they think they can just stop a service after 20 years without explanation! Still haven’t got it back after hours to the helpline,

if you are not the account holder do you know if the main account holder uses their email account on a regular basis?
