Hi. Once again, I have been locked out of my email following 'suspicious activity' but when I try to follow the steps to reset, I just get taken back to the suspicious activity screen. I have been trying to sort this since yesterday and the online chat service was not able to help so I am hoping somebody here can help.
I have the old Talk 21 address and have tried changing my password, logging on with a different browser, and even with a t21@btinternet address, but nothing is working.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful, thank you so much.
