Hi, I need to change my email password but the system does not accept the answers to my security questions, that I know to be correct. How do I get someone to help me?
I cannot remember whether the security answers are case sensitive. This might be affecting you if they are.
If further attempts do not work, call 0800 800 150 and your details should be either reset or they will send you a PIN number so that you can complete the requirement yourself.
