I've got the same problem. The Reply To address has been removed by the service provider and I'd like to change it to my actual email address.
I've only recently discovered this problem, because I normally user Thunderbird for my emails, but since the installation of fibre broadband has been botched, I've been using a BT mini hub for internet access. I am unable to send emails now from Thunderbird (but I can receive them), with luck Openreach will fix the fibre problem and I can go back to the normally excellent service.
