Hi, @ralphdt welcome back to the community and thanks for posting. That happens when you try to log in to MyBT with a BT email address that hasn't been set up as a BT ID.
I'd recommend following the forgotten login name steps to get a prompt. Make sure to choose the forgotten BT ID username option and let me know if you need any further help.
