We have been using a btinternet.com email address as a work email for a Parish Council office. Last Wednesday an employeee logged into the mail and was asked to change the password because a number of failed login attempts had been detected. Everytime we try to change the password we are told that it is a business email account as we used to use this email address as a log-in to our business account.
I have spent over 10 hours being bounced around all the different departments of BT over the last 7 days with no help. Please can someone help us regain access to our extremely important emails!
If the email is from a business account you would be better to post on the BT business form where you may get some help. I suspect that you will need details of which BT business account the email was set up from.
