Yes I have tried this of course! But it does not work in BT Mail!

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Try this.

It's a longer route than IMJ's suggestion but the same overall method.

I've tried it first Smiley Happy

Open up your BT Mail to compose an new mail.
Open up the picture in Windows File Manager, by double click (using the inbuilt Windows app).
Right click on the displayed picture, and select copy.
Paste into your BT Mail composition.
The picture display may be large, as with the file size, but you can reduce the file size and image  from within Windows picture app.

It's much simpler using an email client, but the same principle.

Sorry but I can't see this is any different from the previous suggestion!
I did try but still no success I am afraid - I am wondering if your BT Mail is the same as mine?

It’s BT Mail, not BT Yahoo Mail, browser IE11, Windows 10 64 bit. 1803 update.

All you are doing is copying the picture to memory from the Windows Photo app, and then, pasting into the body of the email. It will not copy from Adobe photoshop, for example.

BT mail does have an insert picture button, to the right of the upper controls, but I can’t make any sense of it.
