Short background: checking my bank statemes i found a spurios payment to BT for £5.00 per month. As i am with Sky for broadband and have no other connection with BT, i canceled the standing order
What i didnt realise was that it was for what i thought was a Yahoo account
My wife who does a lot of online shopping has now lost all of her emails and is not happy
Am i able to recover the account? i am happy to re-sign for it
