I have a similar issue - I have an email linked to my parents' BT billing account, but I have my own BT billing account that I would like to transfer it to.
Is someone able to help me with this please?

Hi @sarkyqueen thanks for taking my call earlier.
As discussed please can you arrange to get your email address added to your parents BTID. Once you have completed this then I'll do what I need to from our side to move it over to your own account.
You'll need to follow the steps here: How do I add any email sub accounts to my BTID?

We don't seem to be able to add my email address to my parents' BTID, as the steps in the link you provided are not all available - at Step 5, my email address is showing under "Your Friends & Family", which suggests it isn't being shown as a sub-account. The only options available next to it are Give another email address or Delete!
Can you please give me another call or drop me an email to suggest next steps?

Hi @sarkyqueen Thanks for trying that for me. I'll need to check why you cannot add it so will need to get the bt.com faults team to check this out. I'll raise this and will be in touch once I have an update.

Hi @sarkyqueen I called earlier sorry I couldn't reach you.
I just wanted to confirm that the email account has now been set up for you and added to your BTID. You will see a drop down option for your account number and its on the new account which I have added. You need to login and claim the account holder status.
Please check and post back to let me know if you need any further help or if you are happy to close this case as resolved.

I have just logged on and found the new account has been added, and have managed to make myself the account holder.
