Hi there
We have had reports from a client that all their emails going to BTinternet.com are being bounced back.
MailChannels states this is not them rejecting the emails, but BT.
We want to open a communication with them, to find out the cause or reason for the block, and then get it released.
But we see no means of doing this? We are not a BT customer, but a web design company, where our client cannot email their client, at BT.
