How to delete old email account associated with my BT profile
I have just found out that my ex partner's email is also associated with my BT profile. I am in the process of moving home and I am transferring my BT package to a new address, but when I went to track online my order I saw in the order details my ex partner's email instead of my email. I am the account holder and my email is the primary account, however it seems that emails regarding my move to the new address may have been sent to my ex partner as well, and I really don't want him to find out my new address. How can I delete his email account from my BT profile? Just to clarify his email is a 'outlook.com' account, not a BT Mail account.

Did you use your ex partners email address when you first signed up with BT. What contact email address is listed in your MyBT My Contact Details > My Profile. If it is your ex partners you can change it there.
If it is not shown there you will need to contact Customer Services and have them remove it from where ever they have it listed.
