Hi my partner has just moved in with me and she has a BT email account from her old premises that she needs to keep. I am also an existing BT customer, I have tried to follow the links from previous posts relating to this issue but have not got anywhere. Can anyone help?
If you call 0808 100 6778. Select option 2 they should be able to help.
You will probably find that the email account can not be moved until the "old" BT account that she had has been closed.
Hi I've tried the above but have had many issues with the helpdesk, for one thing they say they cannot locate my account nevermind my partners, is a forum moderator able to help with this please?
