I've had enough of BT's rubbish email service

Ever since they did whatever it was they did to 'improve' (Ha Ha) the service it's been driving me mad to the point it's now nowhere near fir for purpose and I'm abandoning it. Every email (and that's no exaggeration) has a problem when you try to type it, random error messages including "We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again
later." and "Cannot find the message to move." being the current favourites, to the cursor continually jumping back to the start of the message so that you overtype the beginning of the email to the absolutely barmy typing backwards (!!).

I've had my fill and I'm switching to another provider.

What a dreadful service BT!

It's not the mail service that is the problem, it is the webmail user interface.

If you were to use a mail client such as the free Mozilla Thunderbird, all the problems would disappear.
