I would like to change my primary BT email address to the sub account that i have set up and then delete that email address as it uses my Date of Birth and doesnt look professional when using it for bussiness purposes.
Can a Mod help out.

Ok i followed the procedure how long does this process take and when will i know its complete?
The moderators can take 3 to 5 working days to contact you and advise you what they have done.
This has still not been resolved from my end it just looks like nothings happened? is it possible for a Mod to have a look at the progress of this please?
