I was told to ask for a moderator?

Go to solution

WTF does this mean and how exactly do I engage with a moderator? I'm 65 and not a geek so just sort my three e-mail accounts out?

If I try and log on I know my passwords and the date I was born etc so unblock the damn things.

Resetting my passwords?

Go to solution

Following my trustpilot hammering of BT your "Dan" said to post something here and you'd help me (I'm not phoning you ever again in this life)

How the hell does this work?

Hi @Richard27   I recommend you edit your post to remove your email addresses immediately before every spammer in the world picks them up. This is a public community.

Hi, @Richard27 Thanks for posting and welcome to the BT community forums. I'm really sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your BT email. The moderation team will be happy to help you get this sorted and I've sent you a private message so you can get in touch with us.

It's not recommended to post any personal information on the community as it's visible to everyone on the internet.

Thanks

Neil

I hope that any person reading this does not think that by being told to post here by Trustpilot  and by posting in the manner that you did, which was out of order given that this is a BT customer to customer forum, gets them preferential treatment from the moderators of this forum because if it does, all is lost!

Thanks, they work now so someone did something. Why on earth the "someone" couldn't e-mail or ring me (you have my number) to actually communicate on a human level and NOT this crazy community BS is beyond me,
Thanks anyway and please don't tell me I don't know my own DoB etc again.

Any idea how to do this? I've asked BT to remove then as I can't see them now and where's the delete tab? FFS
