The Apple-mail on my IMac has been working fine but suddenly it will not see and emails to my and my wife's btinternet.com addresses. They are being read on my phone and other devices but not the IMac. I have tried re-entering the details and the password has been entered several times but no joy. Apple mail is receiving messages to my several other email addresses but none of the btinternet addresses. All the messages are being received on the BT home page on the web.
The address has been removed completely and entered afresh but no success. BT tried to rectify but cannot help
Any ideas please?
