Import Talk21 Premium mail account to BT Broadband account
Hi all I see many similar threads here but the most applicable seem to have been solved via a PM conversation or a phone call so they haven't really moved my problem forward 🙂
I want to move my talk21.com email account for which I am paying the £7.50 per month to my BT Broadband account. I have followed what I have read so far using the "Import email" button on my BT Email account management page but I keep getting the error message "Something has gone wrong. It's not you, it's us....etc". I've tried several times as instruted and the error message is the same.
Could someone please help me complete the process?
