I find that since recent updates to the BT app on my mobile phone some of the contents of my Inbox, periodically disappear. They do not go anywhere such as trash. Some time later and it is unpredictable when the missing messages reappear. I know the problem is the 'app' because if I go to BT on my desk top the messages are always there. I have checked settings and can find nothing to help.

Hi @Davecoates45 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about the problem with your inbox on the BT Email app. This is a known problem with the Android app, we've been advised it should be resolved in the next update which is due to be released soon.

I have no idea why anyone would use the BT mail app, it is dire.
Uninstall it and use a proper mail app such as Blue Mail or Aquamail
