Hi,
I have a few emails that when they arrive in my email aren't in my inbox they go straight to a folder I have created for something else. I can't think of anything I've done to make this happen and so I'm at a loss as to how to undo it?
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Log onto your email account using a web browser and click on "Change View" on the right hand side and scroll down to "Conversation View" and click on it ONCE to toggle this on or off then check if this has resolved your problem.
If it does not resolve your problem, have you set up a "rule" to move the senders emails in to the folder. To check click on your user name at the top right and go to settings then "Mail" in the left hand column then "Rules". Check if there is a rule and either change it or delete it.
hI thanks for the reply. I've tried both of these and neither seems to have worked. I wonder if I move everything in the folder to inbox and then delete the folder it might fix it. I'll give that a. try
