An email from a friend in China has been bounced SMTP error,DOT:554 Message rejected date/time, policy(3.2.2.1)ID - Your message looks like spam or has been reported as SPAM
2 earlier emails have been received without problems.
How can I ensure this and future mails are not treated as Spam?

Hi, welcome to the forums.
Not wishing to cast any undue concerns, but "in China" may have a bearing.
You might like to setup a Gmail account and tell your friend to send to that from now on - and see how that goes.
How did you find out that their email was bounced as spam?
Thanks for that. We are able to chat on another site but it is costly. Other mails from her have not been bounced, it seems to be fairly random.
I will give her my gmail address and hope that works
