I'm getting the occasional ones - maybe 3-4 a week on average, so nothing horrendous (and certainly nothing like the 'blip' in January when I, like many others, was getting at least 10-20 or more an hour one day until BT fixed it).
They mainly seem to be from gmail addresses, so I can only block the sender and not the domain as I have genuine contacts with gmail address (which I allow though and send any other emails from a gmail account to a special 'spam/filter' folder I set up myself so I can check them first before deciding whether to add them to my safe senders list and move it to my inbox or report it as spam and block the sender).
