Input excel list of addresses

Go to solution

As the secretary of  social group I frequently want to contact my 30 or so members. I do this very easily by copying and pasting the list of email addresses I hold into the Bcc box. When trying to do this in the NEW AND IMPROVED interface it inputs them all as one address and consequently they don't work. This means I now have to input each address individually! How is this better than before.

I think BT may finally have managed to do what they have been trying to do for years and that is to annoy their email customers so much that they go away, a long long way away to other providers.

Have you tried creating a contact group?

Click Contacts on the blue toolbar, click New, click Add Contact Group

The email addresses need to be separated by a comma.

As a work around you could either copy and paste the addresses into the BCC address bar and before doing anything else, separate them a comma or copy and paste them into a word document, separate them with the comma then copy and paste that in to the BCC box. Save the word document for future use.

If you don't want to do the above you should consider setting up a "Group" as has previously been suggested.
