Interesting Email Problem

I don't use my BT email address as I have a Domain and use that email.

I occasionally look at my BT email using the Webmail interface. I just looked and found 1 email in the junk folder and guess what - it was an email sent by BT on 1/2/2012 to say I had used 70% of my usage allowance in January. How silly of BT to put an email they sent into my junk folder and also to inform me about January usage in February.

They seem to get more silly by the minute.

Re: Interesting Email Problem

I don't know about the junk folder problem but how do you expect the usage for January to be measured before the month is finished ?!!!!

Re: Interesting Email Problem

If you go into your webmail account, there is an option to forward all mail to an alternative e-mail account.

If you did that, you would not miss any important account messages from BT.
