This morning ( Sunday 13th July ) I have no access to BT Mail ...I have tried via Outlook on a desktop, Webmail on a laptop, and via a client on an Android tablet.
It was taking me a while to get used to the new "not-Yahoo" mail, but this takes the biscuit
I have the same problem, no emails since last night on any of the family accounts and can't get in via an iphone, PC, webmail, outlook or anything
No it's not you as I have the same problem.
Tried to log in via ipad and iphone. Both are saying password is incorrect so tried to log in via BT.com. When I click 'Email', absolutely nothing happens.
It's not the whole system as all's well here. The helpdesk 0800 111 4567 may have some info.
Well, I rang the number and got "Problems with EMails may be solved by changing your password" .
No thanks, so I pressed the option to speak to an advisor
Another prerecorded message "We're working on a problem that may prevent you from sending or receiving EMails "
That shows that BT at least know about the problem. It helps a little, but doesn't give much confidence in the BT service. I am ( was?) happy enough with Infinity and Broadband, and even the telephone, but as soon as I can get forwarding set up I'll look to moving to my GMail account
I was migrated to BT Mail earlier in the week and it was working until today.
Interestingly enough when I tried to log in via webmail to confirm that my credentials were still valid, after receiving a message about my password being wrong when logging in via email client, it gave a message which said it was trying to connect me to BT Yahoo mail......
