Issues with mail delivery

Hi!

There are some problems with deliver mail from @btinternet.com to rialcom.ru domain.

The report from your mta says that:

Your message was not delivered within 4 days and 0 hours.
Host rialcom.ru is not responding.

The following recipients did not receive this message:

    <********@rialcom.ru>
Reporting-MTA: dns; sa-prd-fep-047.btmx-prd.synchronoss.net
Arrival-Date: Fri, 26 Nov 2021 05:46:42 +0000

Remote-MTA: dns; rialcom.ru

So, your MTA tried to send letter to MX rialcom.ru, but there is no MTA on rialcom.ru.

rialcom.ru mail server is mail.rialcom.ru and it resolve correct:

[root@localhost ~]# host rialcom.ru 8.8.4.4
Using domain server:
Name: 8.8.4.4
Address: 8.8.4.4#53
Aliases:

rialcom.ru has address 62.176.15.93
rialcom.ru mail is handled by 10 mail.rialcom.ru.

 

So, there is a problem with your DNS. When we try to send letter from rialcom.ru to btinternet.com clients we have report:

Nov 30 09:59:43 mail postfix/smtp[27938]: 11E6A1D4D: to=<*******@btinternet.com>, relay=mx.lb.btinternet.com[213.120.69.89]:25, delay=15, delays=0.05/0/15/0, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host mx.lb.btinternet.com[213.120.69.89] refused to talk to me: 421 re-prd-rgin-020.btmx-prd.synchronoss.net Service not available - no PTR record for 62.176.15.2)

But PTR is here and it's correct:

host 62.176.15.2
2.15.176.62.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mail.rialcom.ru.

Can you fix it on your side?

You would be better to contact the BT Postmaster.
