Junk or Valid mail

I subscribe to a mailing list, but all posts from it arrive in Junk. How do I handle the spam filters to get them into Inbox?

Re: Junk or Valid mail

Mark them as not spam and you could also add their email address to your "Safe Senders" list.

To do that log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Safe Senders". Add the email address or the senders domain (the part after @) then click on "Save".

Re: Junk or Valid mail

Thanks.

I've tied the whole address, but not just the part after th @

I'll give it a try.

Re: Junk or Valid mail

"Please enter a valid email address or a valid domain" error message.
grex@man.torun.pl is accepted;
man.torun.pl isn't.

I'm wondering if something in the email headers would work.

Re: Junk or Valid mail

I have added man.torun.pl to the safe senders list.

It would not add at the first attempt so I tried adding the email address you posted and that added no problem. I then tried the domain again and this time it accepted it.

Re: Junk or Valid mail

I can't see it on my Safe Senders list.

Has it been added elsewhere?

Re: Junk or Valid mail

If you are entering it in your safe senders section the only place it will be is on the safe senders list.

Try adding the email address you posted, and if it gets saved copy it from the list and then paste it into the address box and delete the first part and the @ leaving only the domain name and see if that lets you save it.

Ah, ah. Now I know you're toying with me. We've entered Cloud-Cuckoo-Land here. If this software is so deeply flawed, how can you trust anything about it? It might say it's done one thing, and then have done something completely different.

BTW, I did try your latest advice. It won't let me copy.

Re: Junk or Valid mail

As I said, I entered both the email address and the domain without any problems after the first attempt.

The reason I suggested using cut and paste was if the email address inserted was accepted then it would ensure you were using the same/correct domain name.

What device, operating system and browser are you using

Re: Junk or Valid mail

I'm using Firefox 123.0.1 64-bit on a Windows 10 system on a desktop.

If you're not playing games with me, then there's something very strange going on here.

I can't do any of the things you've been suggesting.
