Locked Out of Email and Account on both Desktop and Mobile App

Hi Guys, totally fed up, cheesed off and at the end of my tether!

I really need to get this sorted once and for all, the constant not recognising my email address/password and now even my security questions is driving me over the edge...I am still in the middle of signing documents for my property rental and need to print them off.

As previously stated on my other message at the end of July, the log in issue was when VPN was connected. so I've followed Bitdefenders advice and set up a tunnel  to bypass and disconnect to access BT email and account.

However, it keeps telling me it doesn't recognise either the email or password and has now locked me out for 20 minutes and now the BT App doesn't work either...I need this like a hole in the head at the moment.

I really don't know what else I can do 😭 Please help 🙏

Update...I have just used the password I was locked out with and now have access.
I have tried numerous times this morning with the same password to no avail..Gremlins???
Fingers crossed it's ok now, have a good day guys, one happy bunny here!
