I am locked out of my but internet account.
The genius system is trying to send the PIN to unlock it to the very email account that I’m locked out of.
The Security question seems to have the wrong answer, or maybe I’ve forgotten it - although I’m pretty sure I know my first pet’s name…
The “24 hour” phone line cuts me off when I try to use Options 4, 2.
