Hi @MikeL,

 

Your email is one of the ones reported as fixed. It would have been an auto email. Check to see if it's working for you please.

Hi DanielS,

 

My e-mails started working yesterday so was just a bit surprised why my password was reset! But no problem if it is connected with recent issue. Have changed password and have access to e-mails on all devices. Given this was an issue on the Yahoo platform any plans to migrate the rest of us to the new BT platform?

Everything should be working perfect for you now. We've had confirmation that your account particular was one of the ones they manually worked on. If you ever have an issue you know how to contact us. No new information on moving systems yet Mike.

Sorry about the recent problems you had accessing your email accounts. The issue should now been resolved and you should all be able to access your emails now.

I've had the "had to use the Yahoo website to log in" problem for 4-5 months.

 

I've had the login loop (can't log in at all, new password not accepted, old password leads to "change password" screen) problem for over a week.

 

After a day of interminable calls to call centres, I involved Head Office. They've tried to fix the issue (so they claim) for a week and got nowhere. I've lost clients as a result.

 

My faith in BT is at rock bottom.

My e-mails are working fine now but it took a lot of sorting out on different devices having had to change passwords. Good to be back on line.

Hi Dan, tried to message you but not able to.  I changed passwords for dad's and my account and now everything seems to be working well.  

 

Is it possible to move my email address which is a sub account of my dad's to my own account?
