My e-mails started working yesterday so was just a bit surprised why my password was reset! But no problem if it is connected with recent issue. Have changed password and have access to e-mails on all devices. Given this was an issue on the Yahoo platform any plans to migrate the rest of us to the new BT platform?

Sorry about the recent problems you had accessing your email accounts. The issue should now been resolved and you should all be able to access your emails now.

I've had the "had to use the Yahoo website to log in" problem for 4-5 months.
I've had the login loop (can't log in at all, new password not accepted, old password leads to "change password" screen) problem for over a week.
After a day of interminable calls to call centres, I involved Head Office. They've tried to fix the issue (so they claim) for a week and got nowhere. I've lost clients as a result.
My faith in BT is at rock bottom.
Hi Dan, tried to message you but not able to. I changed passwords for dad's and my account and now everything seems to be working well.
Is it possible to move my email address which is a sub account of my dad's to my own account?
