Class action? About time these high charging companies made retribution for their failures, and in this case blatant lies and deceit.
I'm back in via Outlook but web mail doesn't load the inbox. Not that I'm too fussed about that. BT - compensation time.....
hmm situation partially resolved.
found my various email addresses were working again apart from my wife's. which appears to have been disabled.
I still have a problem with accessing my main id email using btmail login in browser.
I keep agoing around in a loop signing into my.bt id instead of mail account and not able to get to email account for main ID.
So I can't check bt spam filter for that account, change password or manage sub accounts,etc.
I can access the main id mail box using an email client. eg windows live mail.
Still waiting on a call back on 30th. I was promised a call back about my wife's email within a couple of hours, a couple of days ago but nothing.
Hi @ndpas01 I called earlier to check if you have had this issue with your email accounts fixed. Can you post back and let me know if you are still unable to access any of your email accounts.
I have just received text message while out shopping saying I have changed my password. It says if I haven't then go and reset it. I haven't done it so who has? I have been used browser to use forgotten password to reset it.
Is this a hangover from the resecent mail fiasco?
Are mods able to indicate if this has been done by BT?
