Today I found myself locked out of my email. The onhy way I could regain access was to change my password. Should I be worried about this - does it mean that someone has accessed the account. I can't see any problems but what should I look for?
Also, I am not happy with the security question I was asked to change my password, and would like to change this, but can find no way to do so.
Any advice welcome.

To change your security question log onto your MyBT and go to Your Profile and change it there.
