When I login to BTYahoo email it presents a drop-down box where I can select the user email. Then it autofills the password and I proceed with login. Just recently it doesn't fill-out the password field for up to 10 seconds or sometimes not at all. Sometimes it fills-out the password immediately ( as it should do ). Any ideas? It may not be a BT problem. I have run Ccleaner and applied W10 updates since this started happening.

It sounds like this one may be a browser issue rather than a BT Mail issue. I'm sure one of our Community Members will be able to help you with this issue but they may need a little more information.

Because the password is saved in the browser it would appear to be a browser problem not a BT problem.

Have you tried clearing the browsers history/cookies and cache?
If you go into your browsers settings and find the "auto fill" section and delete the entry for your BTYahoo email account. This will let you re-enter your password the next time you log on and will then be offered the option to save it again to the browser. This may help... but then again it may not.
So far it seems to be fixed. I cleared everything from my Chrome browser history so I can't say specifically which parameter was suspect. I'll mark it 'fixed' since it seems to be OK.
