Win10 Mail App error message says update password but does nothing.
Bt.com says 'Your BT Mail address no longer exists'!
iPhone says account error and that 'the server mail.btinternet.com is not responding'.
This is my primary email account that I use multiple times times daily and is essential for me.
Would very much appreciate any advice. TIA

For the moment, leaving aside accessing your email using the W10 Mail app and your iPhone.
What happens when you try to log in using this link
If it doesn't work, try clearing your browser's full history and cookies, re-start the browser and try again.
If that does not work, which browser are you using and have you tried a different one?
The account has been active for about 20 years is used multiple times per day. It has remained logged in for nearly a year on the platforms used (PC and iPhone)
