For the last couple of years i`ve continually had issues logging into my Openworld email account , it keeps redirecting back to bt homepage me saying `error please try again` . I have no luck accessing the account , and always end contacting customers service for assistance. They run through various things and it seems to reboot and I`m able to log in again . I`m able to log into my bt account and know that all login and password details are correct .
Any help would be gratefully received .
Are you a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email via BT Premium Email?
Do you know if your email account is on the BTYahoo email system or the BTMail system? Normally to check you would log onto your email account to check but obviously you will not be able to do that but you may know.
What happens when you try to log on via this link
and what happens when you try to log in via your MyBT and going to Your Products then Email > Manage?
If you can access it via MyBT is it marked as your "Favourite". If not you should mark it as such.
