Hi - Long-term BT customer but new forum user, so apologies for posting on a topic which has come up before. Some months ago the number of emails displayed in our inbox dropped suddenly. We thought they would be reinstated when whatever caused the issue was resolved, but this has not happened, and a date cut-off seems to be applied to limit access to messages more than about a month old. We have not set up a rule or filter. The messages which have disappeared include critical invoices, and documentation which my visually-impaired partner cannot access in print. What can we do to recover them?
