Please note that this seems to be a POP-related issue, not IMAP as referred to as fixed last night.
Thanks for sending in your details, I have sent them onto our email team for further investigation.
I've also raised a case on your account once I have further updates I will be back in touch.
Bizarrely, the problem seems to have gone away completely on its own for the last 24 hrs. We'll see . . .
Just to close this off . . . the problem has not returned so must have just been a transient issue.
