I write this out of shear frustration.. and wasted hours..
I've had a BT email address for about 20 years. I now have two BT ID logins - I have no idea why... If I log in with one BT account and look at my email addresses I have 0 out of 11 configured. If I log in with the other I get Activate Email accounts as the only option. If I select activate it states that these are managed under another BT ID and do I want to transfer (receive letter in 7 days with PIN)
How the heck to I manage my primary email and additional accounts?
@GrappaGreen welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the emails can only be managed from the primary BT ID that has account holder status.
