My partner is moving to my address and cancelling his home broadband account. We need therefore to transfer his BT email to one of the email addresses I get free with my BT Broadband package..
The gentleman @ BT he spoke to today wasnt sure if this was possible, -does anyone know if BT have the technology to do this? Who do we ask?

Robbie had dealt with this case for you so I have dropped him an email to check into these charges when he gets into the office later today.
