Message rejected for policy reasons (220.127.116.11) - @btinternet.com
There appears to be an issue emailing @btinternet.com from other service providers.
Can somebody please forward this to the relevant team? Please let me know if you need any further info.
I have already checked to ensure that the mail server in this instance is not on a DNSBL and have forwarded the technical details to email@example.com (including the IP address of the mail server).
Message rejected for policy reasons (18.104.22.168) - Please report any problems to BT via the firstname.lastname@example.org and include your sending ip address with an example header of your email
Judging from the forums, this is not an isolated incident.
