What's being done to solve this problem - unable to send emails to btinternet.com accounts? There are postings everywhere on the web from other users but seemingly no response from BT.
I am having the same email issues with clients Microsoft email servers (Hotmail, Outlook.com, Office 365).
Any update on resolving this issue?
Please may we have some info ASAP, so I can let my clients know.
Same here. Problems being reported everywhere since yesterday, I've been a BT customer for years and yet I can't send emails to btinternet.com from a private domain. Come on BT, you can do better than this.
